2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After processing, you will receive a tracking number if your order qualifies for tracking.

Please note that during busy seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate different needs. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location.

Once your retro mini camera has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the status to update in the carrier’s system.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

What to do if your order is damaged:

  • Please provide pictures of the damaged item and packaging.

  • We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement depending on your preference and product availability.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at capturesnapstore@gmail.com. We can modify the address if your order has not yet been shipped.
