1. No Returns Policy
At CaptureSnap, we do not accept returns on any items. All sales are final.
Please make sure you carefully review the product details and specifications before completing your purchase to ensure you are satisfied with your selection.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure that your retro mini camera reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

Return Process: We will arrange for a return at no cost to you, and we will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and availability of the product.
Note: We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges for any items. If you would like a different model or variant of the retro mini camera, please place a new order on our website.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once the product has been shipped, our No Returns Policy applies.
